Ex-Residents Guest Map Problems
Some people, probably those using older versions of Internet Explorer, have had problems placing their entry on the Ex-Residents Guest Map. Tips:
1. Try this procedure for entry:
a) Click on 'Hide Welcome Message'.
b) Click on the 'Post' Button.
c) When you get the message 'Click a location on the map to add your entry' click 'OK'.
d) Position the 'pin' where you live, and click.
e) A box will appear for you to enter your name and (optionally) your email address, URL (= your web site address - leave blank, unless you have one!) and cryptic comments.
2. Some have had success after a little perseverance.
3. If you still have no luck, email me with your name, location, whether or not you want your email address included and the comments you would like to include and I'll pin your details on the map for you.
